Reservation Policy & Conditions
Arrival & Departure:
Check-in is generally available from 2.00pm on the day of your arrival. Earlier check-ins can sometimes be arranged if your room has not been occupied the previous evening.
For arrival times on long weekends please check at time of booking.
Check-out is by 10.00am on the day of your departure. Late check-outs may be available by prior arrangements if your room is not needed for an arrival that day. A half day fee may apply for this service.
Guarantee & Deposit:
When booking on-line your reservation must be guaranteed by providing credit card details for payment.
Payment in full will be taken as soon as your reservation in confirmed.
Your guaranteed reservation will be held for you only until 6.00pm on your scheduled day of arrival.
If your arrival time is delayed, please telephone with your estimated arrival time.
Cancellation Policy:
Low Season:
Best Western Pemberton Hotel will retain all of the deposit paid if notice of cancellation is not received 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
High Season:
No refund will be available if the cancellation is for nights classified as "High Season" or on long weekends.
